Message: “The Search” from Levi Matteson

We can relate to great movies such as Star Wars, The Matrix, and Narnia because a kingdom mentality has been laid on our hearts. We understand that allegiance to one kingdom or another guides our actions and ethics.

Pastor Levi Matteson kicks off a new series, When Kingdoms Collide, about how the Kingdom of God, which is already here but not yet complete, is constantly at war with the kingdom of this world. They are at war for the hearts of man, and the winner of each battle is declared by what we choose.

This podcast episode is a Sunday message from Evangel Community Church, Houghton, Michigan, October 25, 2020.

From Series: "When Kingdoms Collide"

We live in a world where two kingdoms constantly collide — the Kingdom of God and the kingdom of this world. Jesus said, “Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand,” and “...behold, the Kingdom of God is in the midst of you.” According to Jesus, God's Kingdom is here, and we have a choice of kingdoms. In this series, we look at what it means to embrace His revolution as it collides with the kingdom of this world. Listen to seek, discover, and enter into the Kingdom that Jesus said is here but not yet finished.
