Why are Christians sometimes afraid to share our faith? Are we afraid of how we're perceived? A study found that college kids view Christians as anti-homosexual, judgmental, and hypocritical. Those were the big three, closely followed by too old-fashioned, too involved in politics, out of touch with reality, insensitive to others, boring, not accepting of others' faith, and downright confusing. We can dismiss this, saying, "These people don't understand it. They don't understand who Jesus is. And we can leave that over there and do our own thing." Or, we can do something else. Pastor Levi continues in our sermon series "Got it. What's Next," engaging with Scripture on that question, to see how Jesus would speak into that question of how people view Christians. The Scripture text is Luke 15. This is a podcast of Evangel Church, Houghton, Michigan, on February 11, 2018.
