Seeking the Lost
Wouldn't it be wonderful if somebody won the lottery and gifted Evangel all the money required to build out Phase 2 of our new building? Absolutely not!
Evangel has an opportunity to glorify God and seek the lost by coming together in equal sacrifice of whatever level of resources God has already provided each of us. This unity of mind and spirit is so uncommon that the world couldn't help but notice there's something different about us — something supernatural. Something of God.
Pastor Levi Matteson continues in the series Lifeful Living with a message from John 17:20-23. Jesus prayed to his Father that his followers would be united so that the world may believe that God had sent him.

Pursuing the Lord
How can a man who's lost a child say that God has given him life to the full?
Pastor Levi Matteson talks about the history of Evangel and our mission to Live the Good News in the Copper Country. Although Evangel's mission was written in pen, our focus has been written in pencil. We've understood that each initiative was for a season, and now we're focused on Phase 2 Construction in this new facility to Pursue the Lord, Seek the Lost, and Leave a Legacy.
Levi kicks off a series on Lifeful Living with a message from John 17:1-3, with Jesus's statement that he has come to give us eternal life. That eternal life starts now for those who know God — especially for those who are utterly broken and have lost everything, and for those who in their darkest hour do not feel God's presence.
